Brand repositioning and brand visual identity

Unhappy with the previous brand, Grupo RV came to us with the challenge of creating a new identity for a company that had been in the market for years.


We started the creative process with strategies to convey humanization and the reputation of Rosana's work in the area of human resources.


In parallel with a thorough process of creating buyer personas, we developed a new brand positioning and created a lively brand that interacts with the right audience.


The new visual identity refers to movement, to the handmade of customized solutions offered by the business and to diversity, present in the vibrant color palette.
